You want to receive your guests without wasting your time in the kitchen: hire a chef!
Mademoiselle Loves Cooking takes care of everything from menu to service.
The Services
Lunches, dinners, cocktails, the chef will cook for you refined dishes according to your taste with fresh seasonal product, respecting special diets (intolerance, food allergies like gluten, dairy products …), at your home or at the place you will have chosen.
The chef does the groceries, cooks directly in your kitchen or prepares/pre-cooks
in her lab kitchen and finishes in yours.
You want a friendly or conventional atmosphere, the chef serves as you like. Once the meal finished, the chef tidies your kitchen and you find it as you left it.
Should you need the chef for a short period (a few days) to cook all the meals from breakfast to dinner, at yours or in the place where you stay for your vacation, do not hesitate to hire the chef several days.
The chef
After several years in Paris, Alix de Lagillardaie is back in her native Anjou, in the Loire Valley, near the river and the vineyards of Savennières. Cooking is a family passion which is passed from mother to daughter. In Paris, Alix had the opportunity to perform in the Ritz Escoffier Cooking School and train in the kitchen of the famous Ritz restaurant.
Food
Alix likes traditional French food and cooks the products respecting the seasons and the terroir (local products). But she also cooks recipes she brought
from her several trips around the world.
The dishes she will cook for you “sur-mesure”, according to your taste and special diet, are made with fresh products, usually from the suppliers of the Loire Valley.
Prices
Fares can’t be done in advance, but Alix will do her best to suit your interests (price per person or package).
